(1) National Security Advisor :
i) It is the prime responsibility of the
Government of India and of the Prime Minister as the head of the Government , to
ensure a complete and comprehensive security of the nation.

(2) Defence Minister :
i) Defence Minister in the Union cabinet is the head of Ministry of Defence.
ii) It is the duty of the defence ministry to implement defence programmes.
(3) Department of Defence Production :

equipment, etc.
